Dead Rising has the best background textures  "Everybody lies, no exceptions."   In the future of Fallout 4, office workers enjoy staring at the creepy portraits of toddlers hanging above their work stations.  Dead Island.jpg  Creeping on a bagel-munching lonely goon in GTA Online  Postal 2 with the one mod that made the game worth playing, AMN

I have a dual-core i3 (upper-end speed wise though) and it runs butter smooth for me. Mileage may vary of course but it's a good port so you're probably fine with most processors.

Or I guess if you have a Dreamcast and a broadband adapter you could download images from the internet to your VMU the way nature intended
