The protests are are people venting, but more importantly its a chance to network and organize for the future. If one is happening near you, you should make an appearance.

People will die, but more people will die if you do not protest. This is going to be so true for BLM. That's not going to stop BLM protests but they are gonna need every warm body that will help them
