Nah, they know they need to suck off California's tax dollars to give to dying midwest states via "tax breaks" and fund poo poo like F35, and upcoming Iran war or whatever. They'd never ever support California leaving since it'd be a huge pie in the face comes budget time and they know it. It would complete collapse of the federal government.
