This is a feature, not a bug.

I know we don't have many biologists on board but horses killing themselves is entirely normal horse behavior.

Horse hosts can panic and expire of a heart attack or self-inflicted injury under the following conditions:

Proximity to water
Sudden Sounds
Also Silence
Thinking about ants
Hearing a bee
Changes in humidity
