I was hesitant to even bring it up because the action in Conan doesn't seem that comparable to action in his other movies. But still, Conan deserves to be in some sort of top 5. He'd bite Gollum's head right off.

I mean, this is the key thing there's a lot of really badass action movies, we can all agree to that but the rear end kicking starts almost immediately in Predator and it never lets up until the end, and it somehow also doesn't get boring at all Fury Road is comparable, but I've watched it a few times now and it just doesn't hold up to repeated viewings like Predator does, it's too dense somehow and almost tiring Predator is nearly a perfect film

I was all set to try and argue with this thread, but honestly, Predator is pretty fuckin' rad as hell. Peak Arnold. Though I feel the entire finale sequence of Commando bumps the whole movie up to be in the argument, the first half isn't as good as Predator's first half. Commando, Predator, and Running Man are all rad as gently caress and should be required watching for anyone who thinks action movies are peaking with movies starring the Rock.
