Unless Elliott catches Mighty Mouse with something, I think the person that does beat DJ will probably be someone similarly bigger and slower who catches him coming in during one of those forward rushes DJ does.

This is weird but in my EA UFC 1 universe Elliot was the longest term defending champ.

Hume's gym produces extremely well-conditioned fighters and MM is probably the most well-conditioned of them all.

One of the few things that even approaches a flaw that I've noticed in MM is he does a lot of dashes forward where his head stays directly online, which does lend itself to being caught coming in. Somebody's gonna have to have crackerjack timing to do it, though.

Isn't this basically what Dodson hosed him up with when they had their first fight? That fight would be pretty interesting at BW.

Dodson caught MM with his left as MM was switching stances, which was how he put him on his rear end

I hope Elliot realizes that ever since the first round, defending DJ's shot by trying a guillotine is basically giving him sidemount for free.

Which is hard to do, because MM doesn't tend to switch stances without setting it up, or a reason behind it, unlike a lot of fighters who'll do it just 'cos.
