 For this guy I figured I could start with a snapping turtle and trim it down to all-business. We take the snap, and add some viscous teeth (envenomed, lava-hot, and electrified). Mount a rocket bottom on to the snap. Mach 3 capable. Head-sail for rapid directional changes/heat management. Compound eyes to see through your bullshit.
