This is a great place to meet people who are engaged. The folks who go to every meeting like that aren't tuned in, they're the loving kooks, ambitious, or a tracker. Its like attending school board meetings. Unless you intend to run, you probably there to use your 3 minutes to complain about birds on public access tv.
