No. I live in what has been a border middle class / working class neighborhood for approx. 60 years, and almost all the apartments are filled with Koreans driving Mercedes, Land Rovers , Audi etc.

it's kind of terrible what is happening to the neighborhood and the borough in general. I keep saying there is no way it is sustainable, but people are paying 600k+ for homes built 100 years ago on a plot of land that is basically stacked on top of your neighbors on either side.

they just shut a bunch of those places down - one of them was on Bell Blvd I believe
