Yeah, Bail Organa, that's him. Tarkin and Leia seemed a little weird, and it irked me a bit that Tarkin's face was way too expressive. If you go back to IV, his face hardly moves at all. It just felt, I dunno, overdone? What happens when you inevitably watch Rogue One and A New Hope back-to-back? Still an awesome movie, can't wait to see it again.
