I feel like the biggest difference in JEJ's voice acting is that he sounded angry in Rogue One as opposed to the original trilogy where Vader sounded a lot calmer and more cold.

My biggest problem with Vader in this movie however is the fact that they let his cape's clasp chain go under his helmet the whole time. :argh:

I thought it was good. A little derivative, yeah, but I liked it.

Do you guys think there should have been more force/jedi poo poo or was it better negating all of that? Really showed the state of the galaxy etc. I know there's still Jedi throughout the galaxy (or I guess that's not Disney canon) and a little scene with a light saber or Jedi would have been cool

I think this movie had the perfect amount of Force related stuff in it, namely very little.

Everyone's talking about how the X-Wing scenes made their weiners tingle but the scene where the AT-AT slowly appears out of the smoke made me :dong:

So the trailers all show Jyn, Cassian and the squad running across the beach, likely toward some rescue. Imagine if they made it back to the fleet and the Vader hall scene was with Rogue One and not random Rebel troopers

If that was the original ending I could see why they would say it's too dark and order the reshoot

Oh man. I like that.

Though oddly enough did people feel like the Rebel uniforms on Scarif had an odd mix of US Army in WWII and also Vietnam?

As soon as I saw the helmets the rebels were wearing while Jyn was briefing them en route to Scarif the first thing I thought was, "when did this turn into a Vietnam movie?"
