The best part is that this thread and the one before it has by orders of magnitude more discussion focused on the game than anywhere else, and the reason for that is because the entire project is a hilarious train wreck piece of garbage that's fun to laugh at. The hyper developers that have paid money to register and post here are clueless about who they're talking to, or what sort of culture exists on these forums. It's too entertaining to look away at this point. There will never be a game. You have failed, Development Cubicle.

Box Devs keep saying they'll get the game funded "one way or another". There's no way in hell this will ever get crowdfunded (unless the goal is lowered to somewhere around 800 dollars during the next iteration), and a publisher wouldn't throw money at this in a million years. What's the plan here?

I think Ron trying to close the thread was probably the last gasp of activity from the superstar developers behind upcoming smash hit JRPG Thermidor. I guess at the least we should all watch the timer tick down to zero and call it a day. Unless they extend the loving deadline again.
