Yeah I meant if you have EU Bloodborne on disc and replace it with US Bloodborne download your save probably won't be recognized.

Speaking of, the upcoming remake of Wonder Boy 3: The Dragon's Trap has the best cross-save/transfarring where passwords work between the PS4/Bone/Switch versions AND can go back and forth with the original Master System game.
