consumed by normies posted:i used to be extremely defensive of the chavez gov but maduro's insistence on holding onto power despite losing almost all popular support and a completely collapsed economy could only lead to one outcome and now we're seeing it. would have been much smarter to simply accept actual elections and operate as opposition for awhile maybe but maduro and associates are so mind-bogglingly corrupt that losing power means they would almost certainly spend the rest of their lives in exile or jail
