Probably just making the grade for a HM but I enjoyed the match and it was better than any of the Roode vs Nakamura matches.

The ending was hilarious and got a huge pop but it was also loving terrible, undercut the entire message WWE had been pushing including their very good video package at the start of the match, and basically made the Smackdown Women's Division look like a joke. The actual bulk of the match was a mess but entertaining at least, but the ending just completely derailed everything.

Like the bar for a MOTYC is so high this year that a match like Asuka vs Ember Moon is a HM despite being a great match that would be among the best of the year any other year.

I'd say even from a workrate standpoint it was garbage; Roode got a couple of minutes working with Trips, Balor did nothing, Joe did slightly more and Orton didn't accomplish much either. Literally the only good part was Nakamura beating up team RAW early on.

edit: Also sacrificing Owens & Zayn at the altar of Shane
