Almost all of my middling class coworkers (~$60k a year) waste thousands of dollars sending their kids to private schools. It blows my mind. Throwing thousands a year at poo poo schools because you really just want to keep your kids away from those BLACK PEOPLE in public schools. Even though your kids are dumb as you are and all this money could have been saved for their first semester of college when they drop out and you won't shut the gently caress up about it. In fact, most of them moved out of the state because the public schools suck and they can avoid property taxes. gently caress you.
