I live in a studio apartment but I’m happy to sleep on the floor to let you have the bed if you can come over for a weekend and cook, this all looks absolutely amazing. The beef tongue tacos with consommé in particular is mouthwatering, but the whole post is gorgeous.

I find the concept of a pan dedicated for grilled cheese pretty stupid but it works pretty well for Tamagoyaki. To be fair, that’s basically what a tamagoyaki pan is, so you can say it’s a grilled cheese and tamagoyaki pan. Looks good!

smoked turkey, spatchcocked and halved to fit in the small smoker we have. It was very juicy and otherwise flavorful. skin turned out darker than expected, but was delicious. (Notice the juice on the cutting board, just absurdly juicy

Got a Ebelskiver pan for Christmas, so made some ebelskiver for breakfast. They’re basically pancake balls with jelly inside (blueberry here). Surprisingly easy to make, and very good.

Had some smoked salmon from Christmas, when I smoked some salmon. Made a smoked salmon pizza. Cooking the dough with olive oil and the red onion, then spread on cream cheese, added the smoked salmon, capers and caviar. Also made a smoked salmon sandwich. Same toppings but with cucumber.

I also made a pizza, here it is. Poster above: looks good. I was lazy and just used the premade dough they sell out of the Publix bakery, which has given me good results historically (and well worth the $3 to avoid having to make dough).
