Punching nazis is pretty cool. I went to a punk rock gig once with some mates, isnt really my thing but it was a chance to drink and hit on ladies with funny coloured hair. There were some lame dudes with ss shirts on and the band played nazi punks gently caress off and then a bouncer punched a dude who tried to throw a beer on stage. It was pretty cool. Smashing shop windows and lighting fires is pretty lame though. Its also pretty funny that starbucks contributed a bunch of money to the dnc and protesters smashed up a starbucks. Punching people in the back of the head when they put out fires and start to preach peace is equally lame. Some good comedy though.

The only thing i dont like about the n/v thread is the pace that it moves. Theres like 350 posts in between when i can peruse but its also good when I'm wasting time at work. Divisional threads are good for a slower discussion. I dunno. Who cares. Read em, dont read em, having em should not be an issue imo. Also, its australia day and i have had 7 beers, working on my 8th and just ate two porterhouse steaks. After playing ps4 most of the day. Pretty good day.

Watch the raid and the raid 2 and enjoy some silat ownage. Also i always watch guardians of the galaxy when Im sick because that movie is cool and good. Re-watched saving private ryan the other day. gently caress it holds up real well for a movie thats now 18ish years old.

I just put bepanthen on my tattoo before going to the gym. Its an antibacterial lotion that breast feeding . mothers use on their nips. Then an antibacterial soap in the shower after asap and more bepanthen after. After about 3 days switched to a moisturiser and never had any leeching, scabbung or infection. Really minor flaking too.

My simple advice would also be to ensure that if everything goes wrong that the rent you would get for it would cover your mortgage payments and make sure from day one you have enough money to protect your rear end if something goes wrong (job loss, illness, metoer impact). I.e. I made sure that after everything, downpayment, insurances, inspections, furnishings etc i had 3k socked away for bills and a 10k "oh gently caress" fund. I also made sure that if I had to move out and rent my place out the fund I had aside would give me a financial bridge till I got tenants in. I also chose to buy in a not fantastic area that is slowly being gentrified and improved.
