I stayed in Jaco too, it was not bad but the beach wasn't that great. I had the best fish tacos in Jaco, on a place where you sit on a swing to enjoy your taco. We also rented a Jeep and drove down the coastline and found a hidden beach with jungles full of loud, hooting monkeys

I was feeling a bit hungry at work, so do you know what I did? I spun around in my chair, took out some high quality crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, tartar sauce, scallions and a lemon. Created a nice little crab salad/deconstructed crab cake, enjoyed it, then swiveled back to my computer and continued working

I used take it once every 7 days but I've shortened it to once every 5 days which feels ...dangerous. But man, you have never slept until you sleep on phenibut, i don't move for 10 hours and wake up with my body and brain fresh as hell, it's the best sleep aid I've ever used
