I'm not sure how to feel about the complete overhaul at the top of the Broncos coaching staff. Two brand new guys, a HC washout coming back to his previous job, and I honestly never heard of Vance Joseph. .

Vance Joseph is a CU alum (played QB while he was there) and did good things in Miami as their DC. Joe Woods is an in-house promotion and Mike McCoy may be a washout as HC but is a proven OC. I admittedly don't know a whole lot about Brock Olivo.
