Well, what news I've seen bout Rise of the Primarch suggests that Cypher will play a prominent role in it. Lion El'Jonson the next Primarch to return?

Have you considered seeing a specialist about your ramming addiction?

That third deployment you got came from leveliing up. Currently your base number of deployements is 2 (you start with one), plus a possible bonus one from the portal worlds.

Well, my first suggestion after some of the setbacks you've recently suffered would be to TAKE THOSE SKILLS OFF AUTOCAST, BLOODY HELL. Seriously, how many times did you get boned because of those?

How do you set skills to autocast outside of the mission? I can't seem to find the option.

Going to repeat the question since this game's SA megathread is as dead as its multiplyer: how do set skills and orders to be on autocast by default at the start of every mission?
And while we're at it, any tips on how to spec your ships in the campaign?

So, three things:
1. Eldar ships actually have the worst troop values in the game and you should always be using assault boats against them
2. Your first priority after that second mission should have been to shell out renown for priority repairs to get your battleship up and running immediately.
3. Tactical cogitators are your friend. At this point in the game you should really be spending more time in slow-mo and at least trying to micro a bit.

Did you leave almost 100 points on the ship select screen immediately before getting dunked on? Because it looks like you're asking for a Waaagh!

He did. He totally did. 96 points, two frigates' worth.

I'd estimate that at least 75% of your losses are caused by your contempt for the slow-mo. Seeing you use up your booster gauge almost any time you go All Ahead Full pains me. Also, Taunt is a wonderful, wonderful skill for many missions including planetary assault and I would seriously consider exchanging a skill on some of your ships for it.

E: Also, good luck with tht next mission. Had to reload the bloody thing SO many times for reasons that will become apparent.

So, fun fact: In the earlier builds of the game Eldrathain warping out would cause you to immediately lose this mission. I've only managed to win this mission because I've rolled extremely luckily on Orc insubordination and it ended before it really began.

Chapter 4, Part 10 wherein we celebrate double digits by avenging Rogal Dorn. This time for real.

Sorry to say this, but Dorn remains unavenged. The ship aboard which he died was the Sword of Sacrilege, which in this game is th Tzeenchian Nemesis ship.
