I've owned a bunch of Panthers jerseys:

Kerry Collins (home and away........I was 12)
Kevin Greene (home)
Julius Peppers (away)
Thomas Davis (#47, blue alternate)
Steve Smith (home)
DeAngelo Williams (home)
Muhsin Muhammad (home)
John Kasay (away)

I haven't bought a a new jersey in quite a while now (I'm 34), but when I go to games I still wear the Davis and occasionally the Kasay.

He'll be fine. Everyone keeps having a lol over it but there's not going to be a problem.

Chud is a Coryell disciple as well and cam flourished in that system. Turner uses running backs really well and tight ends really well and he's been known for a long time for tailoring an offense for what his qb can do.

Everyone's gonna post bullshit about Turner having 20 step drops and needing an all universe offensive line but that's not how his offense runs.

Turner is better than Shula and will be fine. Panthers will need some pieces but the situational play calling and letting cam go more no huddle will be a boon in itself.

Yeah, the most important thing is that Mike Shula isn't here anymore.

Doesn't seem like Turner has been a world-beater in his previous stops, but imagine what those places would have been like with Shula instead :gonk:

Yeah, they've definitely got the recipe for disaster there and there isn't a lot of wiggle room.

Julius Peppers owns, but is ancient
Luke Kuechly is always a risk for a concussion, and if #59 goes down they're hosed
The safeties...... :barf:
Thomas Davis is suspended for the first 4 games (and is probably going to continue declining when he gets back)
Despite having 50 sacks last year, it doesn't seem like they've got good depth on the edges past Peppers and Addison

I'm always positive about the team, but I can see where you're coming from. Hopefully Cam can just light it the gently caress up without Shula calling the plays and lower the impact of the defense declining.

I was curious as to what the gently caress was wrong with him (aside from being a RB) since no one had signed him yet.

He's going to be 27, ran for 1K last year on 4.0 a carry, and can catch the ball out of the backfield a bit. What gives?
