And those that do work in industries amenable to syndicalism from a scale-perspective, those industries are driven by artificial demand (driven by sales/marketing as opposed to need) so they recognize that trying to set up a society based on those principles would deconstruct itself pretty quickly. i'm not sure why syndicalism is restricted to manufacturing industry? any industry could be run by cooperatives
