yeah on the other hand, it was two years ago when i explained to a family member of mine why Microsoft word sometimes does that thing where you go to type but it writes over the stuff that you already typed, and how to fix it when it happens. this person was delighted to learn about the Insert key, because they had spent the past two decades of their life dealing with this problem by rebooting the machine
