Ace of Baes posted:The DSA is getting really overwhelmed from massive amounts of people joining, I talked to someone at a DSA social event who order buttons shortly after christmas and still hasn't gotten them. If you talk to your chapter chair or whoever they can call the national office and have them expedite or w.e., especially if its for a new chapter. Is there a good way to see if there's enough membership in one's area to justify a local chapter? I imagine Chicago is really feeling the stress since the HoI is a DSA desert right now.

Just got out of the meeting in Peoria. It was a mixed bag. Lots of great discussion about goals and direct action, and lots of grinding to a halt to talk about one dude's desire to court Trump supporters and ending abortion through medical advances.
