Looks like there was a big setback for the democratic socialists today. The candidate they endorsed for the Democratic National Committee chair, the capitalist Keith Ellison, didn't win.

Their big endorsement wasn't enough to get Keith Ellison elected to the DNC chair, just like their endorsement of Kerry wasn't enough to get him elected president. That's not a very effective track record.
