The Coles EBA failed the Better Off Overall Test (BOOT Test), which is a part of the FWA that compares the post-agreement conditions to award conditions. The award is the baseline, and you can't negotiate an employee group down below that, without suitable compensation as per the BOOT test. They tried to use hinkey maths or something and it didn't work out so well. Also gently caress the SDA.
