Didn't someone have a script or something to auto check hotel availability last year? Does someone still have it?

Does anyone know if it's possible to reserve a room to use as a private gaming space? I want to organize a bunch of games and events for fans of my podcasts. I don't want them to be official events because I want to choose who gets to play. Does anyone know if something like this is possible?
