They arent the first series to limit how many guys/gals you can bring to the track on a race weekend, and its a great way to cut some costs. They've also talked about getting rid of both of the tire carriers for years to limit the number of people exposed over the wall, and I think its a good idea too. They are in danger of the car count going off a cliff and they need to shore up the sides. Only way to do that in an environment of falling sponsorship is cost cutting.
