xenforo has a degraded-performance option that will silently slow down page loads, drop posts, and throw errors for any user for whom it's enabled. supposed to help prevent the whack-a-mole of banned posters re-regging all the time; instead you let their account stick around and just make their experience garbage so they go away. i can't wait

Oh yea "forums cancer" with the sickly green muppet and their posts were like 50% transparent or something? i think that was for everyone who posted "too much" in lf back when lowtax got his first secret service visit you could buy out i think? i guess its gone now or they just all stopped posting/bought out. saw them for years after tho
