If Brady was that replaceable you could just slot in Jimmy G/Jacoby Brisset/Matt Cassell/whatever other guy on a rookie contract is currently holding his clipboard.

Rodgers makes all kinds of plays Brady isn't capable of replicating. Rodgers seems more physically gifted than Brady and can physically do things Brady can't. But that's not to say he's a better QB.
