Someone already brought up my favorite (Movies with Mikey) so instead I'll shine a light on someone else I like for mostly the same reasons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ls2jtkIrqd4 Rossatron focuses mainly on action films through a lens that most critics would not use on an action film while occasionally exploring their broader cultural impact and the evolution of certain film-making and stuntwork techniques. He's not the most entertaining critic, but certainly informative and passionate about fight scenes
