its a great album however, maybe its just due to where I grew up, but I dont remember it being controvercial really at all? Firestarter dropped my senior year in high school and it was a rare tune that was enjoyed by both the punk/skater kids and electronic music nerds (we didnt really have ravers there) while also getting a ton of mainstream radio and MTV play
