pagancow posted:last time i tested this, this control panel setting had no effect on the video being washed out because lol open sores decoders not knowing that 16 doesnt actually map to 16 funnily enough i had the opposite problem when i built a new computer for my dad over christmas. black crush in every video. you can't win
