anyone know what setup you need to get hw decode on youtube's vp9 4k videos? I think either a skylake cpu, kabylake cpu, or keppler gpu, plus chrome or edge? annoyingly i can decode them fine but it's loving compositing performance of all things that's causing me frame drops when i maximize?
