there was another mini-tournament a weekend or two ago i think too, but ASL will be back with tastosis this weekend. flash, bisu, shine, and soulkey are already seeded into the next round.

Not to defend the dumb rear end decision to have a huge dead zone between ASL3/launch, but isn't Blizzard's ante a significant part of the prize pool too though? I do kinda wonder what will happen with Bisu gone, JD fading, and eventually even Flash and to a lesser extent Larva having to do their military service.

Not sure how much you can read into this, but supposedly these are stats taken from sponsored matches on Sparkle and Third World.  I'm pretty sure a sponsored match is when two "progamer" streamers will play a best of X once they hit some donation goal. I don't watch their streams so I could be completely wrong and it includes everyone on Afreeca.

First semifinal was a bit forgettable. I just went back and caught up on Flash v Snow and that was an incredible series. Wild that even with this map pool Flash only barely lost his first TvP in 11 years. I'm glad Artosis suggested he should've gone for the base trade in set 5, I was wondering the same thing but I don't know that I've ever actually seen a basetrade work in BW.

Not ASL games but if you youtube "FPVOD" + a player you wanna watch you can find stuff from one or both players perspectives from their streams. There are some really good FlaSh v Larva dual FPVODs.

SoulKey has been one of my favorites to watch since the BW revival second only to when Shine and Larva were going nuts. Sad to see JD getting dunked on. They weren't the cleanest games but Mind v Horang was pretty good, at least it went to 5 games.
