Then I snack all night. Go to YLLS, and give more detail than this. This is not helping. I guarantee you your idea of 'snack all night' is different from mine. I can easily eat 3-4k kcal in an evening by snacking (but don't, anymore). In my experience people who can eat 'whatever they want' and not gain weight think that a few crackers with cheese is a hearty breakfast and that munching over half a bowl of chips over the course of an evening is pigging out. Track calories in detail for a week and see where your weak spots are.
