If you are really 6 feet tall and 130 pounds then your BMI is 17.6 and that is actual "you are going to die" numbers and not just mean doctors being mean about your good health or something.

17.5 is the point you are diagnosed with an eating disorder regardless of mental state because you have eaten so little you will definitely die of starvation.
