xenosaga iii took the series to being better than xenogears in almost every way. final fantasy xii was the best final fantasy since ix. castlevania (the first one) is a clunky piece of poo poo that hasn't aged well at all. sonic the hedgehog 1-3 and sonic and knuckles kick mario's rear end. rayman 2 is better than mario 64 and banjo.

goldeneye and perfect dark are both clunky pieces of poo poo beloved only by console children who didn't get to play doom, quake, jedi knight and unreal.

lunar the silver star story and lunar 2 eternal blue are better than chrono trigger and final fantasy vi. dragon quest viii is the best JRPG ever made.

yeah I eat rear end posted:Age of Empires 2 is/was the only entertaining RTS game. You could easily find a "no rush 1 hour" (or half an hour, or whatever) game and it was actually more about strategy than pumping out spearmen or whatever and attacking 5 minutes into the game. People frown on it now because it it's not "skilled" play but SC2 and similar games players forget that games are supposed to be fun too. i disagree. only because star wars: galactic battlegrounds exists and since it's basically aoe 2: star wars edition, it also is fun as gently caress. actually, the existence of empire earth ii gives a third to the Fun to Actually Play RTS world.
