To people that haven't done this in CA, "current" photo means a photo you did not have before the challenge was made. In other words, go out and take the photo to complete the challenge as opposed to just going through some old pictures in your computer or cell phone and finding one that meets the criteria.

e: And your actual car/vehicle, not one that looks like it.

If there is a foul filling a challenge, the original challenge stands so a power station pic still needs to be taken. That person chooses the next challenge.

Unless it is accepted just to get it moving, I would not say no just because the challenge poster was pretty clear that lifts are not in the spirit of the challenge.
