I remember for some reason there were two color tags, red and blue; red tag films could be rented by anyone but blue tag films could only be rented by people who had an address in a specific neighborhood (where I didn't live) and I was always cross because there were a few 'blue tag only' films in the kid's section I could never watch and hence my childish curiosity was deeply irked.
