I worked at a Blockbuster that was downtown and really sucked to be honest. Trying to close at midnight on a Friday or Saturday was the worst because you had to chase out the drunks who would try to insist they only needed one more minute to find a movie. Once, a manager I was closing with pushed a guy out of the store, took off his Blockbuster shirt and started fighting with him in the street for refusing to leave. He told me he "couldn't get fired" because he took off his company shirt before fighting. Also, one time I was re-shelving new releases (so I was facing the perimeter wall with my arms full of movies) and some homeless dude ran his hand down my hair.
