Persona 1 is my guilty pleasure and I can forgive pretty much all of its faults because it was my very first title in the world of these types of games. I was really disheartened with the direction they took the music in the PSP version -- it's not bad but I'm not really sure it fits the motif of the game as well as the original music did.

There's something even just a little off about the Satomi Tadashi theme they used that I don't quite like as much as the original.

I can't remember when the Casino actually opens up and has anything useful. My favorite things to do with that stuff are to put the Mediarahan Stone with a Pixie and a Megidolaon Stone onto... Lilim, I think it was?

Since the SP costs are based on the Persona in this game, rather than on the actual abilities, this is pretty great.

Spoilered just in case. Just game mechanics stuff.

It was usually about now that I'd try and get a Gozu-Tennoh (US Vortek) because someone decided it was a smart idea to give a level 18 Persona Megidola.

In case anyone was ever trying to figure out what the words in the original Deva Yuga BGM are They aren't exactly as profound as I originally thought.

Also, this is one of the few PSP tracks I actually don't have much of an issue with, both the original and PSP versions are good.

broken Real men beat the Thanatos Tower first via a Pixie with Mediarama and a Lilim with Megidolaon.

I actually got up to 25,000 coins doing Hi and Lo for that, it wasn't that bad. Just the grinding was.

I don't know if you can use it or not, but I did put up a save a few years ago on Gamefaqs for the PSP version setup for the Snow Queen Quest. It might save you some grinding.
