I'm really digging this LP because it's super cool seeing the (imo) magnificent narrative elements found in later Persona titles peppered throughout Persona 1's plot and dialogue. For example, I find Nanjo's incredibly rapid flip-flopping between "cold hard Spock poo poo" and "we have to get her mom to her even if we get loving murdered" as one of the most believably teenager-y bits of characterization in this script (at least so far). P3-P5 really double down on trying to portray this emotionally realistic sense adolescence, and I'm really enjoying seeing the beginnings of that design. Late to the party, but I also agree that the PSP ost--while catchy--doesn't really fit the game's aesthetic and tone.
