I'm fine with trading draft picks as long as they are picks in this year's draft, not future years. Tanking in fantasy sports is lame IMO.

Yeah in this league you win or lose or tie each week, like in fantasy football (IIRC, I haven't played fantasy FB in years), and yes it sucks when a win turns into a loss on sunday night when your RP blows a hold.
