Secondly, from a sort of 'real politik' view, why would anyone care what someone from another country thought about America? Their countries are small, and insignificant on the world stage, and the opinion of someone from NZ, or Australia, or Sweden or whatever does not matter in the slightest to the world's sole superpower.
