There's no perfect time for euthanasia  It'll always feel too early or too late. Spend the last of her time with her however you feel is best, you're the only one who knows the right time to say goodbye. I'm so sorry, she's super adorable even as a little old lady. She sounds like she was a good dog and friend. You gave her an amazing long life, don't forget that.
