Hey goons. I'm about to provide you guys with some new content. While not as exciting as plump milky bhabis, I will do the needful.

I work for a small consultancy agency in Australia, but we also do a bit of recruiting on the side - so a new position would open up, and we would put an ad online to recruit someone.

Since a few months ago we've been getting this sort of emails every few weeks (sent to our recruitment email, Contracts@<domain>):

I know you are busy Contracts, but it won't take a minute to read my mail.

Look Contracts, it is good to see more and more workers from Indian background in Australia these days,

But we are yet to see more Indian managers... We Indians have better performance than local Australian, it
is not fair for us, it
is just raciest.

So please, next time please promote more Indians to the management, we can do better job than those local people, those Italians, or Mid-east
refugees or even those Chinese who cannot speak English properly.

Please accpet the fact Contracts, we have more Indian immigrants into Australia now, we are going to be majority of this nation, so earlier you start the more advantage you will get. I am waiting from your good news.

Thank you

You are mostly right Contracts,

Our local workers are not as good as those who are originally from India. There is no doubt about that.

Local workers doesn't seem to work that hard as Indians, and they always strike, strike, strike...

I am sick of that and I am firing all of them and replace them with immigrants from India here in Australia, plenty of them.

While we talking a super smart Indian guy just fixed problems of my server and I really owe this great country a lot!

Perhaps I need your help on this later, keep in touch!

Contracts,

This is a gentalman email between only you and me.

Nobody is racist these days, but we still look into histories when we make choices.

200 years ago when British setup colonies, they sent Indian troops to manage those places, from west Africa to southeast Asia. We were loyal, hardworking, always took care of dirty works, you know what I mean. The Blood of British and Indian soldiers flow together, this is what the Queen said when he visited my country.

Now many years past, but we never change. When you run your Australian business, why don't we follow tradition, and hire Indian managers to manage the place? We are loyal, hardworking, and take care of dirty works for you. We are the people your business need to conquer the planet. Let's work together and manage those Asians, Filipinos, Latinos, Africans, or even some of those helpless lazy locals who are spoiled, just like the sweet old days!

Contracts, What is your answer? The British Empire is a thing of the past, but its legacy shouldn't be forgotten. Ally with us, and we share the prosporous. I am not denying Asians, Filipinos... They are even more important, because the create value directly for your business. But we Indians are better at managing then any other, this is proven by history!

Yours most devoted honest and loyal brother,

Jhanda Patel

Frankly speaking he is the best manager I have seen, better then any local managers who sort of always have some drinking or drug problem.

I think your company is a bit too "white" to be honest. Hire some Indian managers. Look Contracts I am white and I don't mind my managers to be from Indian back ground. They are Aryans too, and they don't wear burka like those Arabics. What a ideal group of people to manage us, they make less trouble then those Chinese who are taking our houses away.

Contracts, please promote more Indian workers to be managers. Please tell me in the next meeting you tell this to your group, everyone in the company will surely like it.

Contracts, Can you just step down please?

There are more and more people from India working in Australia nowadays, even more are applying here, make no mistakes they are Australian residents. You certainly know it by reading those resumes.

Many of my friends can't get the attention they deserve, which I would friendly point out that perhaps Australian HR like you are not familiar with criterias in those resumes which are written in different ways.

We need more HR from Indian Background, as I said, we understand those resumes better, so we can introduce more candidates from our cultral background as we deserve.

Can you step down from recruiting people and let someone from India to look after it? Plenty here and we are all Australian residents who have rights to work.

Please let me know if you can decide on it so I don't have to escalate this to your manager.

Look, I found a quick way here, if you see anyone with Indian name, just shortlist him for interview. It will make your life easier.

We all know that Indian candidates pass interviews easier then any other people. They are smart, and managers love them. And we have plenty of them everywhere in Australia.

I am a recruiter and I start doing this last year, and I almost earn 7 figures now. Contracts you should also do this, it will make everyone life easier.

Just don't recommend any local workers anymore. My sister she was HR in her company and she always recommand lots of local white people over Indians and guess what? Someone reported her for being racist and she got fired. How dumb is that you tell me.

It is time to do the right thing and easy thing now Contracts. Shortlist Indian names only, and it saves you lots of time. Nobody can go against you. Indians have a legal union or something to help you.

Contracts,

Look at the picture below! DHS sacked hundreds of subcontractors, shocking isn't it? You better search for this news and read it yourself. They haven't said in the news but I bet they are local white workers who were sacked due to fraud.

Let this be a lesson for all of us, local Australian workers have worse performance then workers from India, also they are less honest and cheat their managers. And this is the reason they got sacked.

Think in this way Contracts, if they had hired people from India background than this won't have happened. Indian worker are much more honest when working. They do a better job too. We have plenty of them here in Australia, many of them are Australian citizens.

Contracts you need not over look this issue, it is tax money from you and me. Should we write to DHS and advise them to hire more people from Indian background? We certainly do. Please do it. You also should hire more of them to purge those white parasites in your company.

Sorry about this email but I have a complaint to make. My friend said you have beef for lunch at working place. Do I need to educate you that it can be offensive to people from Indian background? I thought Australia is a good country to respect multiculture but you are exception.

I think our minister had made things clear, he said before you go to india, eat your beef in your country.(look at the news I enclosed it for you) Translate in our case, it should be eat beef at home before you come to work. As you know we have more Indian workers nowadays, and look around you we are everywhere. I think eat beef at home instead of at work place will help you living a happier life. I am sure both my motherlands(I am Australian Resident for 15 years) will stand behind me on this.

I think I do not need to say anymore Contracts. Just kindly do not eat beef at work so you can keep Fairwork away. Do you really think Fairwork doesn't have Indian employees?

Contracts please also kindly let your co-workers know about this info and this will make your team happier. Thank you for your time.

We are a very small company... there are only three of us, and we're all Aussies. Two of us are contractors and the third guy is managing the contracts.

We do get a lot of CVs from international workers, especially in the IT industry, particularly from Middle East/South Asia. Yes there are some Indians but definitely not enough for me to say the majority.

There is a visa for specialist skills where they can get permanent residency if they can get a job, and many of them try to escape poverty by this path, so I can sympathise in a way. We don't look at their origin/race at all though, just whether they provide an Australian phone number or not (we can't really conduct interviews internationally, and clients generally want local workers).

I'm guessing they write these emails and fire them off to all recruitment agencies. We have never replied to these emails, since professionally it's kinda inappropriate to troll them. However if any goon wants to touch the poop, then that might lead somewhere. I doubt you will get anything though since the address are just spammy ones, but you never know...

Really curious about the thought process though, like at some point someone was like, hey let's email these white fellas and tell them Indians are totally rad (and fac those lazy Chinese)... like do they think there's anyone that would read that and not go, ???????

I'll keep them coming as they come, seems to be every 2-3 weeks in average. Happy to start another thread if this is a bit off topic from Facebook porn - someone come up with a kickboxing thread title please

Contracts, please quickly look at the image below.

It tells you that 1/3 of Aussies can only keep their homes for less then a month if they lost jobs. The data is from RBA.

So now you get it! People in power, they cannot allow house to go any lower. Otherwise everyone will default on it and our country will be destroyed! If something bad happens, they will devaluate the Aussie dolla instead. Let me say again, they will turn your life savings into toilet paper, simply because they cannot allow the house to go any lower, at least on "number".

Knowing this, you cannot keep anything in your account, instead, you should turn all your savings into houses! The more debt you are in, the more you will have when economy crisis hit! And you know it is not far away!

Now you know what to do! Harris Park in Sydney, it is good place to start with! This area had grown by 200% over the past 7 years! Act fast or you will regret for another 7 years!

Harris Park is the best place to live in Sydney! remember this fact!

I am guessing some of your HR managers might had rejected us because of racial ground. As you know we are from India background, but we have Australian residency to legally work here.

It could be easier for you to just replace your human resource with people who are less racially biased. It is hard for us to immigrate to Australia, so chances are any Indian you see here are 10 times smarter then local people. Why do you still take risks to hire local people?

If you really don't know what to do, than hire some HR managers from India background is a good start. At least we look at qualifications other then colour. All great companies like google, Microsoft or Apple, they are already doing this, and this is why they are successful.

Okay this one takes the cake

Background info: Australia is currently divided thanks to our clown of a Prime Minister who decided to spend $122 million on a postal survey, asking if we should allow same-sex marriage or not (the current law recognises same-sex partnership, but not marriage).

By the way, nothing was promised out of this survey - even if the majority voted yes, the political party in power could potentially choose to ignore it anyway.

As a result of this postal survey, there has been many disastrous campaigns from both the "yes" and "no" sides - which by many has been compared to Brexit, or Trump vs Clinton.

Then this loving thing came last night

Contracts, Just want to say thank you for voting yes

As you know we have more LGBTs in Sydney than any other city, allowing LGBT couples will boost our house market here.

Legal marriage for them will attract LGBT from all over the world to come to live in Sydney and our house market can continue to rise and we don't need to work any more.

So it is important we make sure everyone to voting yes!!! Just remeber, if your employees voting no, you can fire him. The new law will stop people spreading hatred against LGBT so use it!

Some people say LGBT spread AlDS. That is irrelavent. While statistically 63% of HlV are Homo according to wikipedia, but since you won't intercourse with them why would you care. Sydney already has more than half of all AlDS cases in Australia so just live with it.

So that's it, LGBT have same rights as us so please tell all your friends to voting yes, just for the sake of avoiding housing crash thank you.

Because Aussie workers SMOKE too much and they do DRUG! And they DRINK too much. Gosh what else they are good at really. My business had been in trouble for a while but once we hire more workers from India background things start to turn for me.

We should have invited more people from India here or we will just become another mexico. Do you want your kids to grow up under the influence of drug neighbourhood?

Aussie first Aussie first, let me tell you one thing Contracts, they don't deserve to be first.

So next time when you digging in the pile of the resumes, please just send those Indian names to interview, they are more likely to get the job so it saves everyone's time. Hiring managers are all Indians now, so it is actually easier for candidates too. Remember just Indian, other people like Chinese or lebanese won't work, they don't get along. Sydney house market must keep rising or if the bubble burst it will destroy everyone's job!

LGBTs are the only hope to save Sydney now! Those couples, dual income, no kids, one bedrooom is enough for them, nobody fire them or they can sue their bosses for discrimination. They are economy power houses!

Most of them live in Eastern Surburbs Sydney and thats how they make it so expensive! We should just attract more LGBTs from other parts of the world to live in Sydney so our houses can keep rising forever!

We CANNOT allow any "no" votings. Listen Contracts, do you know that in NSW 80% of new AIDS cases are gays? She is awesome! she just talked with other workers from India and found out who are from a lower caste, and lowered their salaries by 50%(still above minimum so yes legal)!

Before this I don't even know that lower caste India workers can accept such low pay! it is so great to hire Indian workers, they do more and certainly ask for less! much much less!! Oh, to further exploit that you have to have an HR from India too! Don't forget, write it down.

Look Contracts I am certainly not big fan of that caste system, but you know what? It helped me out! I now love it so much, we should introduce that for Australians too(just kidding, I don't need to hire Aussies anymore) Your should try the same!

I really don't understand what they're trying to do, but well, I guess some people are still falling for it if they're still doing it?

Back to housing

Back story: asbestos was widely used all over Australia, until the 80s (and only banned in 2003). So there are still many old houses and buildings with it.

Contracts,

Old houses have asbestos everywhere, asbestos is injurious to health, it causes cancer!

A colleague of mine, only 35, young, got lung cancer. He said he had lived in a 50 years old house for a decade, no wonder...

Look at Sydney Contracts, the "lower North Shore", the "eastern suburbs", the "inner west", they are so old , you cannot even find a house without asbestos.

But it doesn't mean we should live in there. We should write to government and prohibit people renting out their houses with asbestos! We must write to the people in charge to ban asbestos home renting!

Builders will be on our side. No one is buying new houses anymore, we need to find some new work for them to hire our workers or the economy will certainly collapse.

Tell me what you think now

Wow I swear your voice could fit in any Red Alert game

Not sure how prevalent asbestos was used elsewhere in the world, but in Australia,

Sorry I've been away, work has taken me out again.

I checked my email and very happy to say that I have a lot of content to post!

I'll wait until the new thread though. Or should I make my own Contracts Saga thread?
