Yeah, that yard doesn't seem too bad. If it's just a bunch of cars, and the people who live there are otherwise quiet/friendly, then I don't see a problem. RVA Goons: Where's a good place to grab a beer and easy dinner downtown? I'm going to a concert at the National tomorrow so I want to eat first. (No IPAs, since I know Richmond is Hipster-town)
