Honestly surprised Jarrett himself wasn't the first choice.

Still seems less scummy than the time WWE asked Davey Boy Smith Jr if they could borrow some of his father's gear for the Fan Access at Wrestlemania, then refused to return them because they said they owned the copyright on the gimmick.

Rhonne posted:Remember when Hulk Hogan gave Abyss his WWE Hall of Fame ring? The best thing though is that story line with Abyss is one of Hogan's mainstay story lines. It's always about Hogan taking a wrestler under his wing and showing him the "true" power of Hulkamania. He did it in TNA with Abyss, in WCW with Kevin Sullivan's "brother" Evad (That's Dave backwards, because Dave was supposed to be simple minded) Sullivan, and TWICE in the WWF, once with Hillbilly Jim, and the other time with Tugboat. Also notice how each of these wrestlers were all at least six-five, and at least 275 lbs.

Hee-hee: http://deadline.com/2017/03/game-of-thrones-richard-dormer-star-rellik-bbc-cinemax-jodi-balfour-1202045476/ quote:Richard Dormer (Game of Thrones, Fortitude) has been cast as the lead in Rellik, a BBC and Cinemax thriller limited series. Also cast is Jodi Balfour (The Crown, Quarry). Written by Harry and Jack Williams (The Missing, Liar) Rellik (killer spelled backwards) tells the story of a serial killer in reverse. The perpetrator is caught before the drama moves backwards in time to the very beginning – the crime itself. The search for the killer provides the backbone of the story but the damaged and disfigured Met detective Gabriel Markham (Dormer) is at its center.
